1. Platform Role AfricaAds24.co.za is a classifieds marketplace. Transactions occur directly between the Buyer and the Seller. While we facilitate the payment via Paystack, the primary responsibility for the item’s condition lies with the Seller.
2. Non-Refundable Items Refunds are not typically granted for:
Digital downloads or vouchers once accessed.
Perishable goods (food/flowers).
Personal hygiene products (unless sealed).
Custom-made or personalized items.
3. How to Request a Refund To initiate a refund or dispute:
Contact the Seller directly via the AfricaAds24 platform.
If the Seller is unresponsive, email our support team at support@africaads24.co.za with your transaction reference number.
Verified fraud claims will result in the immediate suspension of the seller and a refund of held funds where applicable.
