AfricaAds24.co.za does not own, inspect, or possess any items listed on the site. By posting an ad, you agree to comply with this Policy and all applicable South African laws.
All advertisements must:
Be posted in the correct category.
Be located within South Africa.
Contain truthful, accurate descriptions of the item or service.
Include original images (not stock photos or images belonging to third parties without permission).
Be removed immediately once the item is sold or the service is no longer available.
Users are strictly prohibited from listing, promoting, or selling the following on AfricaAds24.co.za:
A. Illegal Substances & Health
Illegal drugs, narcotics, and drug paraphernalia.
Prescription-only medicines and medical devices.
Tobacco, e-cigarettes, and related products.
Alcoholic beverages.
B. Weapons and Dangerous Items
Firearms, ammunition, and firearm parts.
Explosives, fireworks, and hazardous chemicals.
Knives (excluding kitchen cutlery or multi-tools) and martial arts weapons.
C. Regulated Goods and Counterfeits
Counterfeit, "replica," or "knock-off" branded goods.
Stolen property or items with removed serial numbers.
Government-issued documents (IDs, Passports, Driver’s Licenses).
Uniforms or equipment belonging to the SAPS, SANDF, or emergency services.
D. Adult Content and Human Subject Matter
Pornography and sexually explicit content.
Escort or "adult" services.
The sale of human organs, remains, or bodily fluids.
Adoption or surrogacy services.
E. Financial and Gaming
Pyramid schemes, Multi-Level Marketing (MLM), or "Get Rich Quick" offers.
Cryptocurrency, stocks, or unlicensed financial advice.
Gambling, lottery tickets, and betting services.
When using AfricaAds24.co.za, users may not:
Spamming: Post the same ad multiple times or in multiple categories.
Defamation: Post content that is libelous, harassing, or promotes hate speech based on race, religion, gender, or orientation (prohibited by the South African Constitution).
Infringement: Post content that violates third-party intellectual property (copyrights or trademarks).
Scraping: Use automated software (bots) to harvest user data or listing information.
AfricaAds24.co.za acts solely as a passive conduit for the publication of information.
We do not participate in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers.
We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the items advertised.
Users are encouraged to meet in safe, public places to conduct transactions.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to:
Review and Delete: Remove any listing that violates this Policy or is flagged by the community.
Account Suspension: Permanently ban users who repeatedly violate these terms or engage in fraudulent behavior.
Law Enforcement Cooperation: We cooperate fully with the South African Police Service (SAPS) and other authorities in the investigation of suspected criminal activity.
