Pressure Care Seat Cushion: The Madiba2Go cushions are designed with 2 foam layers, the top high-density layer is easily adapted to accommodate individual pressure needs for long periods of sitting by uniformly distributing the pressure for comfort and support. A compressed foam layer creates a stable rigid base which provides stability and assists in keeping the hips aligned in a level position. All buggy cushions come standard with an integrated abduction block for better positing of the legs and knees preventing hip rotation and possible spinal deviation along with a removable and washable waterproof cover. Seating System: The Madiba2Go seating system consists of a rigid outer shell, which is padded with a set of back, seat and side cushions that can be shaped and adapted to the unique postural requirements of each user. All the support surfaces are designed to ensure a perfect fit for each individual user guaranteeing comfort and the best alignment of the body. Pelvic Strap: A padded pelvic strap is fitted as standard maintaining the correct positioning of the user and preventing shear and pressure sores Back Cushion: The Madiba2Go has 3 stacked individually removable back cushions. This cushion system is specially designed to be customized and altered in order to provide optimal posture support and to accommodate spinal deviations Trunk Side Supports: The Madiba2Go trunk side support cushions are designed to be shaped and adapted to help maintain an upright posture.
